A typical first 30 days produce four things your leadership team can hold me to:
- An agreed outcome baseline: what the investment was meant to change, and where it stands today.
- A decision rights map: who owns each decision the data and AI work depends on.
- A prioritized execution plan with named owners.
- An operating review cadence, so progress is visible to the executive team and the board.
From there I set the data and AI strategy, roadmap and governance structure, build your team’s capability, and establish board-ready reporting. Engagements typically run six to twelve months, and taper as the function matures.
