By accessing or using VTCDO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

VTCDO is intended to:

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs based on information you provide.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Outputs are generated probabilistically and may be incomplete, incorrect, or contextually inappropriate
- Outputs are decision-support material, not authoritative recommendations
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and applying outputs
- VTCDO makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability
You remain fully accountable for decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from use of the Platform.
3. No Professional Advice
VTCDO does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Accounting or tax advice
- Regulatory or compliance determinations
- Investment recommendations
Any outputs or content are informational only and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice from qualified experts.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide information you have the right to share
- Avoid submitting confidential third-party data unless authorized
- Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Use outputs responsibly and ethically
You must not:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as VTCDO’s official opinion or endorsement
- Use the Platform to automate decisions requiring human oversight
5. Accounts and Access
Certain features require registration.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity conducted under your account
VTCDO may suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms is detected.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, design, structure, prompts, and frameworks are owned by or licensed to VTCDO.
You may:
- Use outputs internally for your organization
- Adapt outputs for your own decision-making and planning
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform outputs as a competing product
- Represent VTCDO tools as your own proprietary system
- Use VTCDO branding without permission
7. Confidentiality and Data Handling
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, processed, and protected.
VTCDO does not claim ownership over your inputs or outputs.
8. Availability and Changes
VTCDO may:
- Modify, enhance, or discontinue features
- Update tools, prompts, or methodologies
- Change pricing or access tiers with notice
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- VTCDO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- VTCDO is not responsible for business decisions, financial outcomes, or operational impacts arising from Platform use
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VTCDO and Hawksroost LLC from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your reliance on outputs without appropriate validation
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
